STORE POLICY
Shipping | Please allow up to 14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to ship. Shipping & handling rates are based upon weight and destination. Tracking confirmation is sent by email once your order has shipped.
Once items are scanned in by the mail carrier, we are not responsible for orders that may get lost, delayed, or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.
If you do need an item by a specific date please contact us via text (626)346-4455 or instagram DM @moonlakegoods to coordinate, and we will try our best to accommodate.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Policy | All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Exchanges are available within 14 days from delivery date and must be in NEW / UNWORN condition. Shipping Labels for exchanges are at cost to the customer.
Order Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order date at 10% non refundable fee, cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.
